Stock Art License Information

current as of February 2025

By purchasing this stock art, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for personal and commercial use.

These stock artworks can be used for either printed works or web, along with advertising. Examples: Books, social media and live-streaming banners and channel art, game portraits, zines, videos, cardgames, blog posts, wikis.

When using these artworks, please feel free to ping me via my contact form or social media to show or tell me about the project in which these pieces would be used. It’s not mandatory, but I’d appreciate it.

Alterations

The licensee may alter and edit these images as necessary (drawing borders, cropping, rotating) to fit the end product, as long as the artist’s signature is still visible.

These stock art packs include the artist’s signature as a separate, transparent-background png. It’s meant to be used only in cases where the artwork has been cropped in a way that hides the original signature. In that case, the .png is meant to be used to add the signature back onto the illustration. It should be clear and readable in a similar fashion and proportion as the original, uncropped stock image.

Forbidden use

The licensee is not authorized to sublicense, sell or lease the artwork, nor temporarily or permanently transfer your rights under this agreement to a third party.

The licensee may not place these images in another stock art collection, reupload them individually in print-selling websites (such as but not limited to INPRNT, Society6, Redbubble), or resell them individually as prints (shirts, digital or physical greeting cards, mugs, posters, and so on).

The licensee cannot resell these images or redistribute them in any way that competes with them.

The artwork cannot be used for minting NFTs or any type of crypto or blockchain trade, nor AI training. They should not be used alongside AI-generated images or text in the same publication.

The artwork cannot be used in any product or publication which derogates anyone based on religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation, or presents them in a negative manner due to any of those characteristics.

The original .psd and hi-res files should not be given away or distributed to others, nor reuploaded in portfolio and gallery websites like DeviantART or Artstation.

Credits

Online media (posts, wikis, websites): The artist must be credited in the page, post, or area in which the artworks are featured.

Offline media: Each individual artwork does not need to be individually credited, but the artist name can be added near the artworks whenever they’re featured, such as below the artwork or in the footnote.

The artist name must be added to the credits session of the licensee’s publication (online or offline).

Mentions and links to the artist’s website and social media (@anebarone) are encouraged and appreciated, while not mandatory.
