A landscape painting made in 2009, when I was completely awe-struck by matte artists and “epic” environment art. I pulled perspective lines and used grass and rock textures for the matte painting base, and then painted details and new elements on top of everything.
There are several things I’d improve in this work now, but to this day I’m still very proud of its depth and atmosphere!
